Using our CAD/CAM/CAE engineering services, you can create and prototype your custom design with the latest 3D CAD software- Autodesk. We can assist you with every stage of the development and prototyping process.

2. CMM Inspection and Reverse Engineering Services

Our engineers are specially trained, operate, and program coordinate measurement machines. Our operators check the dimensions of a part against a drawing or design, read technical drawings, and possess knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, or GD&T.

3. Industrial Spray Painting

According to our customers’ needs, SUJAY offers industrial spray-painting services in India. We use advanced equipment, such as various types of automatic spray guns, to provide durable painting services. We apply the best spraying methods for each equipment to save time and resources and ensure a high-quality industrial spray result.

4. Shot/Grit Blasting

We offer our clients shot/grit blasting facilities on cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metallic surfaces as required. The blast surfaces are checked with a blast surface comparator, and our trained engineers perform a strict visual inspection. Once blasted, the components are completely suitable for further surface coating processes.

5. Pressurized Component Washing Services

Some fields of applications of Sujay-make components require high cleanliness requirements. For many years, Sujay has provided the option of shipping the components in the following conditions. Cleaned with ultrasound and not lubricated, cleaned with ultrasound and lubricated for oxygen systems, and cleaned with ultrasound and lubricated silicone-free for use in combination with paints and lacquers.

6. Metallic Coating Services

To ensure the longevity of usage of products manufactured by us, we supply them to our clients in coated condition if required by them. This includes several types of metallic coatings such as electroplating with trivalent passivation as per ISO 2081, hard-chrome plating, nickel plating, electroless nickel phosphating, hard anodizing, etc.

7. Heat Treatment Services

Heat-treated components are a critical requirement in a number of industries. We specialise in the heat treatment of carbon steel (quenching and tempering), die steel, aluminium, and other metals. With each cycle, time-temperature graphs are generated so that our clients get a complete picture of the heat treatment process followed. The types of hardening processes being done include through hardening, induction hardening, case hardening, and vacuum hardening.

8. Warehousing Services

At our current facility, we provide warehousing services for up to 10,000 sq. ft. for all kinds of industry raw materials and finished goods.
