Our SOP
We have an extensive Standard Operating Procedure for every item we manufacture, which includes
- analysis of raw material requirements, contents and costs
- Study drawings of individual parts, datasheets, process instructions, and QAP requirements
- Create 3D models of parts with CAD software, perform nesting and procure raw materials
- Analyze raw materials using NDT and other techniques
- Prepare a manufacturing process sheet for every part
- Design and manufacture work-holding fixtures
- Create CNC programs for Machining and/or Fabrication
- Manufacture parts with cutting-edge machine tools
- Conduct heat and surface treatment
- Inspect the product in multiple stages
- Undertake the anti-corrosion coating application along with proper packaging and deployment for assembly.

A Journey Of Decades
The journey of SPIPL was initiated by a visionary leader – Mr. Jaydeep Modi- who began the company’s operations in 1994. At the time, he did not have the requisite technological and financial resources at his disposal, but only a vision to transform his little initiative into something gigantic.
Today, SPIPL stands as an ultra-modern manufacturing unit with a fleet of over Twenty five computerized, numerically controlled, and automated machines that are creating top-notch precision components for the machines that are meant to change the future.
Our dedicated team of experts possesses the perfect blend of experience and skill and the vision our leader inculcated. We are a staunch advocate of the Make In India initiative by the Government of India and aim to manufacture every machinery and its components indigenously.
